Suitable for flash steaming two phases process for color fixation with vat or disperse dyes for nature fabric, regenerated fabric and blended fabric after printed.

Flash ager structure 

The flash ager comprises of three sections, ie: fabric entrance, two rolls horizontal padder, steamer.

Fabric entrance

Made up of fabric tensioner, cloth guider, guide roller.

Two rolls horizontal padder

Includes one pcs steel squeezing roll, one pcs rubber coated roll, padder frame and special designed double troughs for one face or two faces chemical impregnation.

Steamer

Includes chamber, guide roller, frame, overheating device, exhaust fan and temperature auto control system.

The steamer chamber inside is stainless steel material, outside is MS material, the middle is filled with insulation material against heating loss, in order to make temperature evenly in the chamber, increasing one isolating plate in the middle section of chamber, 4pcs steam spraying pipes located on the top roof and isolating plate, the overheated steam flow into chamber from these spraying pipes, keeps inside temperature around 120~130˚C, two temperature probe installed in the middle of chamber to monitor and auto control inside temperature change; 30˚ angle inclined roof with indirect heating pipes better for water drip prevention, the entry and exit seals both are indirectly heating.

Fabric passage

Fabric passage is done by 5pcs guide rollers, which can make printed fabric back side touching guide roller all the time, these guide rollers driven by one torque motor.

Overheating device

Installed 15pcs electrical heating pipes, total 60kw power, auto controller, setting heating temperature value according to process required.

Exhaust fan

Because of steam spraying pipes located on the top, steam spraying from top to down, it is plus pressure in the chamber. The exhaust fan take air and extra steam out from the downside.
