The feature of HT jigger
Fabric rolling capacity from dia.800mm to dia.1400mm, fully closed thick drum, working pressure 0.3Mpa, temperature up to 140℃ , operation side has 1PC dia.150mm glass window for checking internal running, one safety switch configured, the process is similar to atmospheric jigger, mainly used for polyester fabric, external heat exchanger is used for rapid heating and cooling. Chemical liquid tank is equipped with liquid level device, dye chemical liquid can be timely feed, maintain precious bath ratio. After the condensed water is discharged from the automatic valve at the bottom, the drum can be driven by a separate motor reducer to move through the guide rail.
