Knitting fabric must be in low tension and selvedge curled avoided during singeing process. so the singeing machine structure design must be different than woven fabric singeing.
We take sliding center device replace the traditional center device.
Singeing unit, 4pcs uncurling rollers with SS wire winded; 2pcs uncurling rollers hollow inside for water cooling; 2 motors drive separately, purpose to keep fabric run in low tension and selvedge uncurled.
Load cell sensor replace the traditional angle sensor. More sensitive and precisive.
Knitting fabric texture is quite loose, spark is very easy hidden inside texture, so the extinguishing process become very important safe factor for fabric, we configure nitrogen generator and air compressor to produce nitrogen 99% concentration , supply nitrogen in the extinguisher chamber to eliminate any spark on the fabric.
