Features of rotor spray unit
The rotor spray unit is widely applied in the stenter machine for softeners, antimicrobials, durable water repellents, flame retardants and other water-based chemicals to be precisely added in fabric surfaces process,
The rotor spray unit is new technology spraying water-based chemicals into the fabric, pump feed liquid and drip it on the disc, the disc were driven by motor via belt in 2900rpm speed, the disc have many very narrow grooves in radially design, the chemical is sprayed into the fabric via these narrow grooves in micron size, the chemical can easily enter into the fabric texture,
The rotor spray unit have advantages compare to traditional padder impregnation softener.
Less water and less gas consumption(stenter oven chamber)
Speed up stenter running thanks to less water in the fabric

Connection with stenter , achieverunning synchronization,
Click "start" demand , then machine run, once stenter stop, click" stop", then machine stop spraying softener, machine enter into cleaning mode, firstly water washing, and then air blowing, make machine inside clean and dry.
