BG Series Industrial Air Purifier System
BG series industrial air purifier system was researched and designed by our company, which is specially applied in stenter machine exhaust air purification , chemical fiber finish oil recovery, leather and plastic DOP finish oil recovery, textile natural lustre finishing machine exhaust air purification etc.

Working process
Waste air-preliminary filtration-heat exchanger-ESP-fan-air discharge

Oil collection----return of investment
1. The waste gas is sent by the exhaust fan, and the fabric wool is removed after preliminary filtration to prevent the heat exchanger from blocking and extend the cleaning cycle.
2. Throuogh the heat exchanger, the waste air temperature goes down to 50-70℃, which is good for ESP stable working condition.
3. Then the oil is extracted from air under the ESP process.
4. After ESP process, the air is purified and discharged to the environment.
ESP principle (electrostatic purification principle)
ESP unit is designed under mechanical purification and static purification; waste air firstly enter into preliminary apparatus (purification procedure chamber),carry out gravity purification technology, special structure in chamber separates big particle in physical theory, and keep evenly commutation, and other small particle enter into secondary device(high voltage electrostatic field), the high voltage electrostatic field comprises two classes, the 1st class is ionization area; strong currency field makes particle charged, the charged particle would be absorbed while enter into 2nd class area; finally the clean air exhaust to the sky.
