Recently, a rotor spray unit specifically modified to meet the production needs of a Pakistani client was officially commissioned.
The main unit features a sealed stainless steel casing and is used in conjunction with a filter. Each of the left and right sides has 15 nozzles for spraying chemical, and the number of working nozzles can be adjusted according to the fabric width.
Considering that the fabric width cannot be too narrow, the 7 nozzles in the middle of each side are used as standard, while the 4 nozzles at each end are connected to solenoid valves, allowing for selection of start/stop status based on fabric width.
In the interface shown below, numbers marked with squares indicate that the nozzle is not working at that location.
