The main features of GD jet flow package dyeing machine
Special design mixing flow pump.
High efficiency heat exchanger, simulating water level, feed dye chemical step by step, proportional heating up, inverter control pump speed, to insure the even dyeing effect.
Barometric design, the recipe can be adjusted according to yarn spindles capacity.
Fixed connection between Directional configuration and heat exchanger with low bath ratio and high efficient advantage(bath ratio is 1:4~8)
The vertical drum pressure device, yarn frame air lock device.
All materials exposed to dye chemicals are 316SS.
