One set beating unit is ready for shipment to Turkish customer now.
The beating unit is used for remove the ash on the fabric after singed process,
Customer has Osthoff original singeing machine, but not configured with beating unit,
Customer found the singed fabric is quite dirty without beating unit process,
And also there is no effective quenching device on the existing singeing machine, fabric was piled-up in the J-box, sometime the spark was hidden on the fabric and the fabric was burnt up. Very big loss and badly lesson.
In this way, we supply the water spraying nozzle device installed after the beating unit, which can quench the spark and make sure fabric never burnt up.
