1. Product Purpose:
This machine is used for the mercerizing of cotton, polyester cotton and other fabrics under tension by using concentrated caustic soda (NaOH) solution to make dipping treatment.

4. Machine Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of rolling & unrolling device, padder, straight roller cistern part, caustic soda cyclic system and supply water system.
1 set rolling and unrolling device
Unrolling with passive, rolling with initiative.
2 sets padders
Set a fixed speed difference for two padders according to different fabric, so the fabric can have enough weft tension and ensure the fabric covering on the straight roller without shrinkage.
1 set straight roller cistern
2 pcs SS rollers & 3 pcs rubber rollers
The fabric covers on the straight roller tightly and all rubber rollers press it depending on its deadweight so as to ensure mercerizing without weft shrinkage when the fabric is dragged with the two padders.
1 set caustic soda cyclic system
Supply tank sprays caustic soda with flow automatically in the high position. The caustic soda thickness is reduced after mercerizing, supplying caustic soda to cistern timely through thickness auto detecting system, making it to mercerizing requirement.
Supply water system
Water temperature reaches 50-80℃ after passing heating exchanger, spraying water and reducing the soda thickness in the fabric surface without any shrinkage of fabric. The weak soda after washing may be stored for next use.
5. User supply:
Air compressor station or air compressor
2 sets heavy soda supply tank(3-4m3/ per set)
1 set store tank with weak soda (10-12m3, store weak soda for next use.)
6-8 pcs "A" shape carts , 1 set hydraulic rotate device for "A" shape cart, 2 sets small "A" trailers.
External water, gas, gas pipelines and power supply lines.
